Use Requirements and Limitations

Coughlin Jewelers requires that customers presenting property for sale or trade must be at least age 18. In addition, customers offering items for sale or trade must be the authentic property owner acting solely on his or her behalf and not as a representative for another individual.

Identification and Documentation
Coughlin Jewelers reserves the right to but is not obligated to request, at any time during the buying experience, identification or documentation supporting age and/or ownership.

Customer Agreement
By presenting property for sale to Coughlin Jewelers, customers accept a payment based on fair market wholesale value. Absolutely no telephone or e-mail quotations will be rendered or accepted.

Coughlin Jewelers shall not be considered liable to any person or dispute related to use of this website. By using this website, customers agree that no Coughlin Jewelers employee, representative, or owner will be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damages encured by the misuse or misunderstanding of content.
